MY ADVOCACY WORK INCLUDES:
Second-Vice Chair of the Board of Governors and the Audit and Finance Committee Chair for Langara College, where our primary responsibility is to oversee the strategic direction and management of the College and ensure it carries out its mission.
A member of the City of Surrey's Mayor's Social Equity and Diversity Committee where we provide advice and recommendations to Council on policies, new initiatives, and direction; to enhance the social well-being of Surrey residents.
I’m a CPA mentor to students aspiring to be CPAs practicing in public practice firms in the Vancouver and across the lower mainland. In addition, I support my students by providing guidance and advice on how to network with public practice recruitment teams so they can be successful in their career goals.
